Terms of Use

PDF Viewer Pro — A Wix Application by XtendApp

Last Updated: March 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and XtendApp (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the developer of PDF Viewer Pro (“Application,” “App,” or “Service”).

By installing, accessing, or using PDF Viewer Pro through the Wix App Market or any other means, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall and cease using the Application.

These Terms apply to both site owners who install the Application (“Site Owners”) and end users who interact with PDF documents embedded via the Application (“End Users”).

2. Description of Service

PDF Viewer Pro is a Wix application that allows Site Owners to embed and display PDF documents on their Wix-powered websites. The Application provides configurable toolbar options, navigation controls, zoom functionality, full-screen viewing, search capabilities, watermark customization, and download/print controls.

The Service consists of:

  • A front-end widget embedded within Wix sites via an iframe
  • A settings panel accessible within the Wix Editor for configuration
  • A dashboard for managing uploaded PDF documents
  • Cloud-based backend services for authentication, file storage, and analytics

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account and Authentication

The Application authenticates Site Owners through Wix’s identity and instance verification system. Upon installation, a secure token exchange occurs between Wix and our backend services to verify your identity and site ownership. End Users who view embedded PDFs are authenticated anonymously and do not require an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Wix account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Free and Paid Plans

PDF Viewer Pro is available in both free and paid subscription tiers. Free-tier usage includes a visible watermark on embedded PDFs. Paid plans remove the watermark and may unlock additional features.

5.2 Billing and Payments

All payments are processed through Wix’s billing infrastructure. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to Wix’s payment terms in addition to these Terms. Subscription plans may be billed on a monthly or yearly cycle as selected at the time of purchase.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the Wix dashboard.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests are subject to Wix’s refund policies. We do not directly process payments or issue refunds. For billing disputes, please contact Wix support or reach out to us at support@xtendapp.io for assistance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Application to:

  • Upload, store, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code through PDF documents or otherwise
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
